The Returns and Exchanges are only applicable for U.S. orders.

All items must be returned with the original tags attached.

Returns

To return for a refund, we only accept orders that were inquired about within 20 days of the day your order was delivered.

Size Exchange

We do not offer size exchanges. Please reach out to us to confirm a return and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

Items marked “Please note that all sales are final” on the listing are not returnable for refund. We will accept a return for a one-time store credit.

Store Credit Policy

Store Credit can only be used once. If your return has been accepted for Store Credit, we will e-mail you the store credit once we receive and process the item(s) returned.

Autumn Cashmere accepts returns of merchandise shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 20 days of the delivery date. A return must be received and processed within 20 days to receive a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to three weeks from the date of your return to be processed; you will receive an email confirmation when the transaction is complete. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment only. All archived or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
