All sales final on all orders placed in Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Return & Exchange Policy - USA ONLY

Here at Autumn Cashmere we put care and love into each piece created. We want to ensure you feel the same about your Autumn Cashmere purchase. If that is not the case, please see our return policy below:

Autumn Cashmere returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the day your order is delivered.

  • Sweaters returned without original tags will NOT be accepted.
  • The original invoice MUST be included or it will NOT be accepted.
  • If the sweater has been worn it will NOT be accepted.
  • Sale items marked Please note that all sales are final on the listing are not returnable. However, we accept store credit.

How To Return - USA ONLY

  1. Please e-mail allyr@autumncashmere.com and ceciliac@autumncashmere.com.
  2. For Returns, please make sure the subject says "Return." In the message, please include that you want to return with your order number.
  3. For Size Exchange, please request for a return label. Once you receive a return label, you can place the order for the specific size you need. We do not hold inventory.
  4. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for an USPS label to be sent to you.
  5. Make sure to look into your inbox and junk mail for the returned label.

Store Credit Policy

Please note that Store Credit can only be used once.
If the selected item (used for Store Credit) is placed and the customer does not want the Store Credit item, then it is Final Sale.
